Terms of Service — BuildNGo Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildNGo Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access courses, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Course Access & Licensing

Upon enrollment, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials for personal educational use. Course content may not be redistributed, shared, or resold without explicit written permission.

4. Payments & Pricing

Paid courses require a one-time payment at the listed price. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing enrollments. All prices are in US Dollars.

5. Certificates

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all required course materials. Certificates are verifiable through our verification system. Misrepresenting certificate details is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and the Platform itself are the intellectual property of BuildNGo Academy. Projects you build during courses belong to you, but curriculum materials remain our property.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: share account credentials, scrape or copy course content, use automated tools to access the Platform, impersonate other users, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to courses and certificates may be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

BuildNGo Academy is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for courses in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
